The former UWV building in Hengelo will soon offer space for almost a hundred apartments
The former UWV building next to the station on Prinses Beatrixstraat in Hengelo will soon start a third life. Previously a warehouse, a warehouse, and later the home base of the UWV, the building has now been completely stripped to provide space for 93 sustainable two-room apartments and approximately 600 square meters of commercial space after the renovation.
