Multi-year Projects

Recently we have been increasingly involved in multi-year projects, including projects that were less successful in the past. By thoroughly delving into these problem cases, we have developed a clear vision on how these projects can be better tackled. We are now successfully putting this approach into practice in various projects.

What do we often see go wrong?

1. Incorrect representation of the project location: The location is not clearly presented.
2. Poor interaction: Information is not easily clickable per phase, such as information about green areas.
3. Insufficient context: The project is not properly placed in the environment, making it difficult for interested parties to see what is planned and in what steps.
4. Incomplete future information: Not enough information is shared about future facilities, such as parks.
5. Complex navigation: Clicking through from an area development to specific homes is often not clear, which means that potential buyers have to make a lot of effort to find information about a specific home.

To give potential buyers a good idea of ​​a multi-year project, an interactive 3D model can offer a solution. We integrate the project into a drone film of the area, so that everyone gets a good idea of ​​the size and location.
