Description
This phase consists of approximately 175 apartments on the north side of the plan area. The program consists of at least 30 social rental apartments, approximately 100 medium-priced rental apartments and approximately 45 medium-priced owner-occupied apartments (living area between 70 and 95 m²). The forecast is that sales of the mid-priced owner-occupied apartments will start in mid-summer 2024.
